Go virtual and win!
For your chance to win a FitBit or three 30-minute personal training sessions, book in and attend more than ten Virtual Group Fitness classes from 1 August to 30 September.

Pamela who won a FitBit in the April competition, attended 36 Virtual classes in eight weeks says: “The Virtual classes at MQ Sport are ideal for me. The flexibility around my schedule means I can meet my target of going to the gym three to four times a week. The variety ensures that I am not only working on my cardio fitness but I’m also improving my strength and flexibility. Since joining MQ Sport in February this year, I have lost 10 kilos and feel fitter than I have in the last 10 years.”

The latest Virtual Group Fitness timetable offers globally recognised Les Mills programs; Body Pump, CX Worx, Body Combat, Body Balance and Sh’Bam. You can also select a workout of choice in the Fitness on Demand timeslots.
