If you are stressed or need support, join one of Campus Wellbeing’s specialised group programs

Reduce your stress and feel better prepared during Session 2.

Campus Wellbeing is offering group programs tailored to promote wellbeing and skill development, assisting students to flourish in the university environment.

Internal and external students who identify as having Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit (Hyperactivity) Disorder or Mental Illness can register for one of our group programs that continue throughout the second half of the session.

Students do not need to be registered with Campus Wellbeing to attend.

Register here or find us on the Campus Wellbeing Disability Services webpage.
