This position involves building rapport and strong relationships with our customers, managing phone and email inquiries, assisting with the processing of orders, reporting on stock and the status of orders, responding to warranty and repair inquiries, maintaining data and solving customer queries. You need prior customer service experience ideally within a retail, call centre or hospitality environment. Applications close 29 July 2018.

Security Officer, The Star Entertainment Group, The Star Sydney, Pyrmont
As a Security Officer at The Star you’ll be provided with a professional and supportive start. This includes two weeks paid full-time training including buddy shifts to ensure you’re confident to provide the best possible customer service to our guests when you hit the floor.
