This is an exciting Sydney-based full-time opportunity in head office in Australia, reporting to the Accounting Manager. You will be responsible for non-dealer vendor payables execution and processing and be required to assist Accounts Payable Executive with dealer statement reconciliations. Research Assistant in Proteomics, Children’s Medical Research Institute (CMRI), Westmead
This position involves large-scale tissue sample preparation on a Barocycler for proteomic analysis, sample fractionation by HPLC and shared responsibility in the maintenance and running of mass spectrometers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on laboratory experience, with a strong technical and analytical background, with experience in mass spectrometry (MS) and liquid chromatography (LC) instrumentation. The appointee will be required to troubleshoot HPLC as well as perform basic MS maintenance. Direct experience with proteomic sample preparation and mass spectrometry (MS) is a distinct advantage. Applications close 17 Jun 2018.

Peer Educator, Preventing Sexual Violence @ Macquarie, Macquarie University
Three committed and enthusiastic students required to work on a Respect. Now. Always. project within the Student Diversity and Inclusion Unit (MQ) in the Office of the Executive Director, Student Engagement and Registrar, Macquarie University. Training will be provided on how to safely, empathetically and confidently facilitate workshops in sexual violence prevention. Four hours per week, 2 Jul – 2 Nov 2018. This is a great opportunity to further develop and demonstrate important and transferable skills in presenting, interpersonal communication and personal and professional resilience. Applications close 21 June 2018.

Justice Action Internship Program, Justice Action, Sydney (Volunteer)
Internships provide an opportunity for students to increase their awareness of criminal justice and mental health issues, as well as develop their research, writing and communication skills. Interns will engage in policy work, preparing tribunal and court cases, contributing to media releases and writing correspondence for lobbying purposes. In their work, interns interact with politicians, other NGOs, government departments and the media.
