Help shape the future of Macquarie Park Innovation District

There are a lot of changes happening around the Macquarie Park Innovation District (MPID).  We already have a vast amount of assets in the area, including a huge business park, shopping centre and, of course, our university. An additional 40,000 employees will join the park in the next 10 years; Macquarie Centre – already the largest shopping precinct in New South Wales – is marked for further expansion; residential development will continue to increase; and the start-up ecosystem will intensify with the creation of new incubators, collision spaces and programs.

With these changes comes a need for solutions, which is why we’ll be hosting a special MPID Transport Hackathon early next month. The event will bring together industry, government, entrepreneurs, students and academics to generate solutions towards greater mobility and connectivity for MPID.

The MPID Transport Hackathon will take place in our Incubator from 2-3 November. Find out more and apply to participate here.
