It’s Mental Health Week this week and there are a range of activities running to help you destress and unwind (did someone say “therapy dogs?”), and learn more about how importance of looking after your mental health.

Tuesday 10 October
Free brunch with therapy dogs and colouring stations
12pm – 2pm, Central Courtyard

You Can’t Ask That: Mental Health Q&A session based on the ABC TV series of the same name
3pm – 4pm, MUSE Level 3

A Beautiful Mind movie screening
6pm, MUSE Level 3

Wednesday 11 October
Mindfulness session
4:45pm by the Lake

Thursday 12 October
Wushu and tai chi class
12pm, W5C320

Student group three-minute massages
12pm, Central Courtyard
