Carroll & O’Dea is a mid tier law firm with offices in Sydney, Parramatta, Wollongong and Newcastle. We offer specialist legal services in litigation and dispute resolution, property, employment and industrial relations. An opportunity has arisen for a undergraduate law student (preferably in third year) to join our highly regarded litigation team in our Sydney office. You will provide assistance to solicitors with a variety of administrative and legal work. The key responsibilities of this position include liaising with clients, drafting correspondence and court documents, court attendances, settlements, research and filing work. The team leader plays an important role in customer service delivery by establishing staff training protocols and procedures for all aspects of the health club at Macquarie.
