New! General Use Student Lab in C5C 219/221
- A new student lab will be opening on Tuesday 7th April. During the first semester 2009, the lab will open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. The lab is showcasing new Virtual Desktop technology and layout design. Students are required to log in using their StudentID and portal password to gain access to services. It is strongly advised students use USB memory sticks to save files as files cannot be retrieved after logging off.
NVivo 8 software now available to Macquarie Students and Staff NVivo is a specialised package designed to help analyse qualitative data such as interview material and texts, Macquarie University has purchased a site license for Students and Staff , available for download from the myMQ portal under the 'Software Downloads' tab , accessible after log in.
Macquarie GMAIL accounts now have 6.4 GB of storage.
Google Docs now includes Presentations Available to Macquarie students in their Google Docs account is a Presentation program.
